Yet, she claims to "still love him." Assuming for the sake of argument that is true, and she wasn't just a gold digger biding her time until she could score a mean divorce settlement, then why split up over something so petty as "cheating"? Why is something normal, like the biologically natural male desire to have sex with multiple partners even considered "cheating" in the first place? Its the 21st century, haven't we evolved beyond such an outdated idea? In fact the demand that women make of their husbands to be physically monogamous seems to be getting stronger and more strident, not less so.
My guess is its nothing more than a desire to have control over their partner combined with a strong dash of petty jealousy thrown in for good measure. Its surely not justification for throwing an otherwise healthy marriage down the tubes, is it?
