i did hun thank you, sadly did little for the migraine that has been plagueing me all day, but i shall get over it eventually, *tosses the towel in mid-air watching it phase out in a swirl of black myst back to my Den i move over to a duffle bag i left by a chair and pulls out a clean tank top and throws it on*

i have excedrin((SP?)) migraine that has caffeine in it, and im trying to cut back on my sugar intake, 26 and have had one heart attack already i dont need a second one
