It's entirely possible that the story's gone and then you'd need someone to identify the author or title to look for it in an archive.

So, that implies that he's looking at the pool when he's peeping? So he's inside and she undressing in the back yard? But you said he's watching her (from outside?) her bedroom window? It was kinda average length like 2 pages minimum...

Here's what I remember, the siblings are on holiday and out in their garden pool, the sister is pruning so she goes inside. I think the brother goes round the side of the house to check the pool filter (don't ask me why it's not next to the pool) and discovers that he can see his sister changing in her room though her blinds. He watches her undress and apply lotion.

The next day the brother suggests they go in the pool again, the sister goes out first the brother adjusts her blinds so he can get a better view, he then goes out to the pool. Sister goes back in and brother goes round the back again and blows a load in the hedge or something.

At some point he sets up a camera to film her to. Another day they go out to the pool and he watches her change into her bikini, and takes to long. She asks what he was doing he says he was checking the filter.

I remember nothing else...
