Gone fishing...

I'm back.

Okay, I got back several days ago, but I just wanted to let everyone know that I actually went fishing.

A west coast friend invited me to go out for sockeye to the Alberni Inlet of Vancouver Island in British Columbia.

Sockeye Salmon are the ones that get rather interesting as they are about to spawn.

However, prior to that, as they return from the ocean and head for their natal spawning streams, they look like this...
