Fisting

Sometimes you have to ask an expert and I guess there are many out there who have tried this and have horned their skill.

Tied fisting recently, as the reciever. Not sucessfully , but almost there. He got as far as the widest part of his hand but said there was too much resistance. I admit I was a little noisy and that may of put him off. But there has to be a sucessful technique?

So if anyone does this and has any praticle tips for a future play date , please let me know and I'll ask him to come and have a look .

The most successful technique is a lot of patience and practice. Fisting is one of the few activities that I both Top and bottom for, and I can tell you from experience that with some people it is just NOT possible to get your whole hand inside them.

As for the basic stuff... Use lots of lube...the thick kind...KY in the squeeze tube works well for me. You may want him to try wearing a latex or nitrile glove on his hand. The combination of a glove and lube makes for VERY little resistance and sometimes makes fisting easier than doing it with a bare hand. Also, for you, try to calm the noise a little bit and focus on taking deep breaths and relaxing your lower body. For me when I bottom, the closer I am to a clitoral orgasm the tighter I get, so I try to be sure to hold out on that pleasure until it has either been accomplished, or we have gone as far as we are going to go...

I was given a series of dog toys - the kong variety - to stretch my cavities prior to fisting. They come in a variety of sizes and you can gradually increase the width as you become "comfortable." That is something you can do by yourself to prepare for another attempt.

Another thing you might try are a few childbirth prep techniques. If it works to help ease a baby out, it might help to ease a fist in.

Google perennial massage, and add squatting to your daily routine (squatting down to get something off a low shelf at the grocery store, instead of bending over). The eventual goal is to be able to move into a full squat (rear end within an inch or so of the floor), while keeping the feet flat on the ground. This actually strengthens the pelvic floor/perennial muscle, and helps improve its elasticity.

Although I haven't gotten quite all the way with my partner yet, we seem to get a lot further if he pushes to that point where I say ow, then holds still, and lets me push back against him.

Yes, that is exactly what I do when my partner and I are trying fisting and it works very well. I have to remember to relax and not tighten up. Fisting doesn't just always happen the very first time. My first time of fisting took me a whole month......and about everyday of practice. And we finally got it with tons of patience and practice.

*happy sigh* a topic that has become near and dear to my heart

The first time Mistress fisted me I was shocked when I realized she had her entire hand in me .... I love to feel very full and was in heaven ... then (and since then) I have found that position makes a big difference (on my back works really well) ... also, Mistress went very slow at first and (as others have mentioned) paused when she got to that "hardest"point and then let me start rocking down on her hand once I adjusted ... I love when she fists me and hate when she pulls her hand out (I feel so emptry then!). The one thing I have noticed is that I tend to cramp a bit a few hours later. The masochist in me likes the cramps too.

Never had any cramps with fisting, yikes.

Can't say I've ever had cramps either. Some, umm, overnight leaking but never cramps.
