Yes, I came across it on the usual porn website :) I found it very very erotic and thought I'd share. I'm so pleased you enjoyed sharing it prop ;)

I agree, dawn chorus bed times are for weekends and holidays ;)

And are doubly enjoyable for such relative rarity ;)

It can only lead to more work for solicitors (lawyers) I suppose :)

Can do, though can be damn handy if you're home's subject to a compulsory purchase order that you think's wrong ;)

But then again I am studying law :D

Will it involve quality complaints too? For instance, getting your money back for something that breaks down before its warranty is up and being refused by the manufacturer or supplier? That happens now I think... ?

Nope, that's breach of contract (Private law) tomorrow is all public law - basically how you can use the courts in actions with government / local authorities / the courts / the police etc.

Ok, that makes it much clearer now. So, if I'm told that my house extension blocks out the neighbours light and they inform the local authority who in turn send me a notice to demolish it, even though it is built within planning conformities, I can take that local authority to court, win and say to my neighbour in simple terms, "fuck you, I won" ? ;)

Yes, if they have got their reading of the law wrong, then you may apply for a review, probably a lot cheaper to go through any standard appeals process though if they have one.

But otherwise, yes you can apply for a judicial review into the decision if they have behaved irrationally, illegally or have made a procedural error :)

What I have found in my job is more or less exactly that. People in local authorities or public services have standards and procedures to follow, but for some reason civil servants make up their own decisions despite these things and cause endless chaos for people trying to prove the civil servants are wrong. But, you know what... the "little Hitler" effect as I call it seems to go right to the top, and people in my profession totally ignored when I draw attention to these standards. Strange world we live in :)

:D Yes, I realised that recently. Not only local authorities, but central government too regarding the police and the road traffic act :)

So, all in all, this new system will or will not improve things? I mean court cases take almost forever no matter what. I can use my firey temper and get it across much more quicker :D:kiss:

Oh this isn't a new system, it's just how the overall judicial review process works - part of studying for my LLB so I can get to wear a white wig to work in a few years!
