Dropping into my favorite new Cantina for... Well, I think I'd like a margarita please and I'll chase that with a beer please. Great to see all, especially the owner MsT. The place is quiet today, but happy hour soon. Hola LatinaCarmen. Usted le gusta BBQ? Muy delicioso.
Yesterday, I made some pulled pork BBQ I think you'd be proud of MsT. Albeit 9 hours in a crock pot and not in a smoker (sorry if I violated BBQ rules and Texas law on that, Lol) but it shredded marvelously and was delicious!! 'Slaw on the side, corn on the cob and baked beans complimented it nicely!!... Leftovers tonight... I wish I could have brought some for all. Next time. Hace un buen dia todos...
