Hello. I'm new. My passion is poetry. I have been writing for years and years. I can't stop. I need to familiarize myself with the forum but will leave you with a little poem that I wrote long ago. (I'll unleash the big suckers on you all later) I look forward to getting more involved.

separate glances
wasted chances
black and blue
autumn leaves
love in bloom
come to my room
love me like a lady
for just one night
promise to be good
won't disappoint

The above was said with my best kindergarten teacher/flight attendant big cheesy (but still genuine) smile, by the way.

I'm also a relative newcomer, but they're a friendly group in these parts. I'm still trying to crack their codes, but I've made headway.

Voila! You'll have learned so many new things about poetry that you'll become addicted to this place.

This place is better than terriffic. But I don't want to wax all adjectivy here so you'll have to learn for yourself. But I would keep an eye on Spike. Are you a beach lover? uh oh....
