Another night, no sleep. I should go back to drinking.

I get insomnia when I eat Fish and Chips. Then I find it difficult to get up the next morning.

But I like Fish and Chips and my wife does too, particularly as a nearby Fish and Chip shop offers local line-caught fish.

So last night, because I didn't have anything in my diary for this morning, we had Fish and Chips.

The builders arrived, unannounced, at 7 am.
