Sending greetings to WYLD and NEWBIE. My Saturday has been spent writing (just finished one) and then having a friend over to watch films, then back to writing. *Hugs* to those who want them.

It has been way too long since I have been on. Definitely too long since I have posted a new story. Like 7 years too long.

If you are curious, I have been writing in the meantime, but much more mainstream stuff. I am currently working on fleshing out the world that "Prey" takes place in and working it into a novella or novel. :)
 
Hello SHOSISEXY and wel-cum back.

I've just realized that I posted after DUMPLING the fact that my cat was sick and I might have to make "the decision". I did indeed have to make it and lost my best pal on Valentine's Day. Without wanting to be a downer, Valentine's Day is never a good day for me - it is the day I the year I hate the most - and this one was by far the worst.

It's very hard to lose someone you've loved for 16 years and Colonel was my buddy. Even now, over a month later, I am still just barely dealing with it.

He was 17 DUMPLING hon and no, they think he either had started having small strokes or was developing a tumor. Up until February 11th, he had been fine, although I'd had a scare the previous summer.

No matter what, you're never ready. Our siamese was 23 when she passed and it was still awful.

I have a feeling the aforemention pinhead may be one of the many "flamers" who stalk me LILY so I wouldn't sweat it ... that's why we have the ignore function and I use it.
