Maybe they're afraid of winter. Can't say that I blame them.

TBH, we've not had turkey for years - just don't like it; last year was haggis, and this year venison. Nothing quite like being different

Turkey is part of the X-Mas experience for me and as I am the one who cooks the meal, I am the one who decides what it is. Were I to go somewhere else, that'd be their choice. One year, my parents and I actually went out and had choices, as it was a buffet ... that was fine too!

Just waking up here on Boxing Day.
