Wrong. If I say Black people join the Crips and Bloods that would be an accurate statement. Or would you consider that racist because race was noted? Let's be clear here. Do you want to really use that word as an example? That word is thrown all around in popular culture. Watch a movie or listen to a song, it is heard so often that people forget to be offended by it. Unless, of course, a white person says it.

I find his bullshit extremely offensive. I call him on it. So do plenty of others, black and white. I'd say plenty rail agInst it.

But you know what, I am not going to change him. Nor are the others. Those who chastise him make the point that you want made. His racism needs to be condemned. But none of us will change his beliefs.

Most shun him. He's marginalized himself. His opportunity to speak his mind presents the strongest argument against him. Much stronger than railing against him.

There is nothing wrong with shunning. The blatant racists -- how many of them are embraced? Cade? Busy? Kohaladude? They all carry the stench of the wounded.

I am all for speaking up and for speaking out. But not everyone has to be as outspoken as you might like. Not everyone is an extrovert for a cause. But do you see a slew of people apologizing for those you despise.

You may not have meant to alienate your likely allies, but you're doing just that. You're dabbling in stereotypes. That's busybody's stock in trade.

This thread is not about the racists who post here. It's about the people who tolerate it.
