just wanted to know about any positions for a man that has spinal problems that affect upper arms and sholders,enjoy my sex life but sometimes the pain for the next three days hurts like hell.Any suggestions would be really appreciated,I am 53 y/o and still in really good shape but for this problem,,thanks from both of us

Just pick the ones that least-affect your particular handicap... if you are behind her, then your weight is distributed differently. Her on top could work for you also. What about plow with you up & her on her back? Spooning? you laying on your on your side, her on her back (the best of the lazier sex positions, imho)

her on top? if you can stand, you standing againt a wall and her against you (easier for anal, too.).
if you can sit with your back against a wall, you sitting with back and head against a wall (on a chair or bed) and her bouncing on top of you.

thanks for the replies ,wont do the plow <hurts the shoulders >unfortunately i am not hung all that well so spooning makes me come up a little short,lol,and to be honest after a while doggie style becomes a little boring ,I will try woman on top and reverse cowgirl also,wild about the other part of jb 109 and just trying to spice up the sex life for the both of us ,it really stinks that after we get done making love that you can hurt for three or four days afterwards ,and this can have an effect on what you are willing to try;so thanks for your helpful advice j
