some recent activity has me curious: if you use it, how many people do you have on your ignore ("iggy") list?

I have 154 people on ignore. I have 38 people on my friend list.

I used to think that the Ignore feature was for wusses, but the longer I've been here, the more bullshit-intolerant I've become. FfvB has been a godsend.

I have 17 people on my friends list and 105 on my Ignore list... like you I didnt start putting people on ignore at first but as more asshats seemed to be populating the board daily, I felt he need to weed em out.

I have quite a few people on iggy. Some are blatant commercial spammers who start loads of threads, something I find annoying. There are a bunch of trollers and fucktards. There are people who have attacked my alternative sexuality and lifestyle, often because they're religious (what ignorant, intolerant, bigoted conservative Christians are doing on a porn board is anyone's guess*) The rest are random fucktard PMers, who usually have made no forum posts.

* Just to be clear, I don't have a problem with Christians or even with people who genuinely believe my lifestyle will send me to hell one day. The only ones I have a problem with are those who judge, attack and insult me. How people that daft manage to read a book like the Bible is beyond me.

The problem is, everyone else in the conversation bantering back and forth with them and quoting the "iggy" person, you end up reading half their crap anyway, just to know what everyone is going on about.

FfvB pretty much does this. Not only do you not see the offending party's posts, but you don't even see when other people quote him or her. It's like that username doesn't even exist.
