She'll marry Andrew and then have an affair with Max. It's stereotypical female behavior to get good genes from the 'masculine' Max but to have the 'good ol'Andrew' raise them. Does it really happen? Probably in no more that about 3% of marriages but it certainly plays in the media!

Well, I don't know if that's stereotypical female behavior, but it's definitely not how I'm playing the character. Thanks for the input, anyhoo.

Well, obviously, she ends up with Andrew, with Max still on board and taking over the reins now and then - i.e., an incorporeal threesome, much awkward hilarity ensues.

In this manner, maybe Max gets back in with the organization, an inside man, setting up ongoing story arc to crack said organization - I smell a series, you could probably sell it to sci-fi.

Another possibility is that she falls in love with Max, but cannot be with him physically, and he can only be with her by channeling through Andrew, who, of course is going to have mixed feelings about it, but plays along to keep the organization from getting it's hands on him.

Do Max and Andrew have the same body? or was Max separated from Andrew?

Maybe Max decides he can't live without her and has the operation again to share Andrew's body, so he can get to her?

Or Andrew is suppressed enough that she has to work really hard to tire Max out so she can be with Andrew, in the end, if only for a few moments, she could feel the difference in his touch. Max was rough and strong, while Andrew, when he was able to overcome Max, was gentler and more active with his tongue!

Max and Andrew WILL be separated very soon in the story. And Max has promised Andrew that he'll stay with the two of them for at least a little while - he's been running with Andrew for so long, I think he feels a certain sense of obligation to him and then there's Grace of course on top of that.

They will not be joining again and I'm going to have to choose one or the other not have both or even half of both.

Moredeth - "A friend and I are writing a story together and it's gotten to a point where a love triangle has developed between 2 of their characters and mine and pretty soon my character is going to need to make a choice between them. But the problem is, I've become so attached to both of them that I can't decide, and no, a threesome is not a possibility. So, I was wondering if you guys would be willing to help me out, offering your opinions from an outside perspective."

Is their something secret about the story? You didn't provide a link, and when I tried to look it up in an Author with Submissions under your name the search bombed - no submissions.

I highlighted the parts that should give you the clue that the story ain't finished yet. It's still under construction so it's not posted yet.

No, no secret. It's not done so it's not posted. We've been mostly figuring out everything as we go along with minor outlines and planning ahead. So, when it comes time to edit we're going to have to change some stuff to make it all flow and fit together smoothly. It's not in a state to be read yet.

Like I said before, Max and Andrew WILL be separated physically. But if I could make the decision to have them both - either in one body or two - I would. As it is, it's not gonna happen that way.
