This thread is for taking bets on when the latest troll-du-jour will give up and go home. When placing your bet, take into account the troll's activity outside of BDSM Talk/Cafe, his/her use of proper grammar (this is a sign of intelligence in most trolls), his/her join date compared with the date of his/her most recent trolling activity, and whether or not anyone (including alts) appears to support the troll's position.

An example:

BLoved's activity is totally restricted to BDSM Talk/Cafe.
BLoved uses proper grammar and punctuation.
BLoved joined very recently, and began trolling almost immediately.
BLoved has virtually no support for his position.

My bet:

BLoved will be gone by the end of May.
 
For the record: BL's activity actually isn't completely restricted to the BDSM Talk/Cafe. He made a brief detour into the GB to complain about how we forced him to delete his writings, but was run off almost instantly.
 
And for my prediction: mid-may.

With the last vestiges of intelligent conversations petering out in his current thread (as well as his beginning to really fling insults around in earnest), I believe that his thread will fail, he will attempt a revival, it will also fail, and he will be gone (or at least be scarse) by the middle of the month.

I did see his GB post. It was really more whining that the mods hadn't deleted his post yet, it wasn't so much about us. I figured it was more administrative than substantive. :D

Actually I don't understand what all the heated-upness is about... yes he's narrow minded and ignorant, but look at all the excellent information about/examples of BDSM based relationships, safety in the "casual" scene, relationships that fall outside the whole munch-type-thing foundation/etc that has occurred over the last few days. How is that a bad thing?

He has a right to his beliefs, just like anyone. And anyone with two brain cells to rub together will see what is and isn't reasonable and logical about the discussion at hand.

He's got a thread at the top of Talk at the moment. 304 posts, less than a third his.

I still don't think he's a Troll. Just a different sort of person than we're used to seeing around here. :)
