I heard the same thing.
It was fun, although the additional little plot-thread of the war of Gods against man was thrown on for some silly reason. The kraken was freaking awesome!

I'm looking forward to Clash, but I have also heard iffy reviews of the 3D version.... hmmm....
Will still be awesome to hear Liam Neeson say, 'Release the Kraken!"

Alice looked interesting... of course I am a Burton/Depp fan, but I'll probably catch it on DVD. Avatar was great for the sheer spectacle of the 3D. Story line.... ehhhh..... not so great.
And being girlie is a definite good thing!

Alice in Wonderland has been a fascination of mine even when I was little and to have Burton and Depp both working on it is amazing, I LOVED Sweeny Todd.
Sweeny Todd was amazing! Depp was incredible, psychotic and crazy and tragic at the same time.

I have to say, honestly clash of the titans the original was shit!!! As a student of Greek mythology it's like putting alice from alice in wonderland in Gotham city with Adam sandler as batman, and then expecting the stories and characters to work. It doesn't it's just very wrong and very stupid. Having said that I do want to see the new one but just so I can mock it. But A-team looks uber.

Wow...I had not heard of this at all but it looks kick ass. I'm waiting for IM2, The last Airbender (and hoping it doesn't suck) and now that.
And speaking of Kick Ass...anyone seen it? Looked interesting...

But I have to join craig and loradai I have not seen avatar... Not that bothered.
I still want more details on Thor the movie and green lantern the movie... That and I want to see the ultramarines movie (very niche Market).
On a side note over here in the uk the election 'buzz' if you can call it that has started, and David Ten-nant did a voice over for one of the political parties. I just wondered other peoples view points on whether actors should get involved in politics, or whether them announcing their affiliations changes your opinions of them?
