I'm really into hard rough anal. I don't really like to work up to it (just rather the guy shove his cock in), and I don't really like to use lube either. It turns me on a lot when the guy has to work to get it in, plus it feels great.

A guy I fucked the other night told me I could hurt myself not using lube or working up to it.. Is this true? I havnt had any problems so far..

Oh fuck...

I hope this is unrelated.

You can probably get some small tears, which would be bad cause it would get infected fast. Think indian burn with poop smeared in it, not good.

Question is, is it worth it to you?

Yes, you could hurt yourself, depending on the thickness of the penis.

You could hurt yourself and you could get an infection. If you bleed during anal, you're much more vulnerable to STDs too and it sounds like you're playing the field rather than fucking just the one guy. I think that a little lube would be better than none and still give you most of the sensation you're looking for. If you're a real pain junkie, try putting a warming or menthol lube back there. It'll protect your ass but the sex will still hurt like hell. ;)

I agree that it increases the risk of STDs, although using a condom obviously helps with that. It definitely creates microscopic cuts, though.

ok thanks for the replies. How do menthol lubes work? do they just heat up the area? never used one before.

It's like menthol cough drops or vicks vapo-rub. To be specific, menthol alters the movement of calcium, which affects the sensory nerves.

All the above about tears, infection, STDs...

but if you really like the pain, look up figging.

sounds interesting. just gotta find someone who isnt too freaked out by it to try it with. what else could you use for the burning sensation, apart from ginger? ive heard of mentos mints, but not really sure.

I'd be hesitant putting any candy or sugar-based product into any orifice other than your mouth. I realize it's a much bigger deal vaginally than anally, but again -- you need to consider what *might* get into any small abrasions or tears you might get.

Products like Durex Play Tingle contain menthol. The Heat lube causes a warming sensation. Clicky They will make the small cuts/tears rough anal causes sting like hell. I guess if you're feeling brave you could mix them.

There are lots of threads on figging if you use the search function.

sound advice.small nicks and cuts may be bearable but.I've heard about 'anal fissures' (not a band.. but hell its a good name!) which, once formed, are really problematic to get rid of...

IMHO the menthol lube etc is worth consideration: avoid the tears but keep the sensation .. you can even pre-prepare so that you keep the surprise/dominance element that is often so important :cattail:
