There's such good, patient advice here... mostly. Just wanted to say so. I would never have suspected so many sensible people to hang around smut forums.
My sentiments exactly. I first sought advice on the GB and almost decided to leave lit altogether after being more than ridiculed down there. The same question being asked here was answered with a logical, sensible answer.
I have to admit that HT is really a fantastic place. I don't even check other lounges anymore, I jsut come straight here and check what's going on.
HTers... be proud!

Lit is for the most part an agreeable online community. I agree with kaycee217 that the how to threads are my favorites.

I too only come to the How To forum. The folks in here are extremely nice and helpful, though don't take that to mean we're easily fooled by trolls and drama queens. We call people like that out rather quickly and efficiently. If you've got serious questions, we've got serious answers, hopefully with a good dose of humor to go with it.
