I confess that I'm not as good of a friend to Ima as I should have been... She's such a wonderful woman and I've not been keeping in touch with her as much as I should be. Hope she can forgive me and is doing well.

Well that is very kind of you. I was watching the game and was pretty despondent. He plays 52 straight games and gets injured on the 5th play. Brutal. Thank God I was out of town on business and no one was watching me shed that sigle tear that ended up puddling in my dimple...Dont ask why I was smiling when I was despondent! Everyone expresses their emotions differently.
 
I confess that Stilts has become one of my favorite posters in the forum, and I'm really happy to have run across him. I always get a grin from his skewed views and opinions.

Kinda like a drunken Garrison Keillor...
 
ICT I would really enjoy a picnic on the kitchen floor right now. Or maybe just two bowls of ice cream, someone sitting across from me, and the only thing we're worrying about is how much the laughter hurts.

Yes. I'm still trying to deal with it for two years now. I've seen many our soldiers killing innocent civilians in Iraq. Some of them thought nothing of it and can sleep peacefully every night.

ICT that I have been carrying on with this woman at work

we sneak away what seems like once a day

probably because it has been

for several weeks now

and usually end up making out somewhere like two teenagers

its hot

dangerous

and I like it :cool:
 
I confess that I just splurged and purchased a book and 3 CDs. That said, the total order was only $40 so I don't feel as bad as I probably should, and I wouldn't have spent the money if I didn't have it to spare at the moment.

Got to get a little pleasure in life every now and then, don't we?
 
ICT while my personal life isn't where I'd like it to be right now, my professional life is going along much better than I thought it would.

ICT, after the mess with that woman I was seeing towards the end of last year, I'm having a hard time taking compliments on my appearance. Having a woman tell you how hot and sexy you are and then dropping you like a ton of bricks doesn't do good things for the ol' self esteem.

ICT, along those same lines, I'm thinking about discontinuing my pic thread. I'm just not feeling it these days, y'know?
