Quality wine

On a recent trip to France we topped up our wine stocks.

Most of our purchases were AOC or VDQS with a few recommended Vin De Pays. The order of quality for French wines are AOC (best); VDQS; Vin De Pays and lastly Vin De Table.

To my wife's disgust I added a four pack of small plastic bottles of wine at less than 1 Euro for the pack. They are labelled "Vin De France" which is an even lower category than "Vin De Table". Even the bottles admit "suitable for cooking".

I'm drinking one now. It's better than some of the Vin De Pays I've bought in the past. Perhaps I shouldn't have bought Vin De Pays called "Mule's Kick" or "Onion Skin"

Yes, this is a new building, though I don't know how public it is. There doesn't appear to be parking either. Parking was one of the big reasons I went to this school instead of another one that didn't have any...
