The time has come to move the spotlight around the stage and it has found none other than the lovely and talented sadangel.

Fire away, folks.

For those who may need the reminder, here are the original rules for these spotlight threads:

Kinda weird actually. I felt like something was missing. In each of the relationships I had been in. I started reading a few stories at Lit and the one's that resonated with me had to do with BDSM, so I started researching it. Mostly the D/s aspect of it. Then I joined Lit. Met Sir here and that's how it came about. I found out while he was here for 2 weeks how much I do enjoy all aspects of BDSM.

12. how did you meet your sir?
I met him in the Author's Hangout here at Lit. We started innocent flirting in the Naked Party thread and then started chatting in PM's...then....

13. if you had one piece of advice to give to someone new to lit, what would you say?
Read a lot. Post a little.

I found them a few years ago, but my then partner hated me even looking at it. A year ago, I decided I didn't care. I was ready to write...so I came back and finally joined. Just think, I could have been here at least 4 years ago. *giggle*

The Author's hangout. Not so much anymore. I've become a Facebook addict. At least that's what my friends on Facebook say. *grins*

I'm enjoying the questions. As I told Yank...I'll answer most any question. You ask an honest question and I'll give honest answers back. So, don't softball the questions. *grins* I promise, I won't break!

Favorite book?
Favorite author?
Favorite musical group?
Favorite song/piece?
Favorite album?
Favorite composer?
Favorite artist (visual media)?
Favorite genre of (visual) art?
Favorite BSDM implement?
Cool whip or reddiwhip (whip cream in a can)?

Favorite book?
I don't have an absolute best favorite book. I like so many of them. I do like the Harry Potters. Oh, even better, I like the Harry Dresden books.

Favorite author?
I'd have to say at the moment, Jim Butcher who writes the Harry Dresden books.

Favorite musical group?
Hm. I prefer single artists. I think probably Martina Mcbride, Allison Krauss or Reba McEntire could easily be all in my favorites list.

Favorite song/piece?Reba's "Forever Love" or Brad Paisley/Allison Krauss' "Whiskey Lullaby".

Favorite album? No particular album stands out to me. I do really like Amy Grant's "Heart in Motion" CD though.

Favorite composer? Any of the classical composers, though I do really like Tchaikovsky.

Favorite artist (visual media)?
I know several visual media artists personally, but I will have to say Jim Warren has been my long time favorite. Or Jonathon Earl Bowser. Their work is just fantastic.

Favorite genre of (visual) art?I think I prefer art with people, usually women in them. I am not a huge fan of abstract. Drew Posada did some work that I think is pretty awesome. Sadly, he died about 2 years ago.

Favorite BSDM implement? Hm. I really, REALLY like the crop. And how it feels.

Cool whip or reddiwhip (whip cream in a can)? Whips cream in a can? DEAR GOD NO! Okay. That leaves Cool Whip. :D

Are you a re-reader? Do you have any particular book(s) or author(s) that you just pick up and read again and again?

I will reread a book if it is good. I love to read Dean Koontz. I also like Hannah Alexander for a gentler read. I just started reading some books by Ted Drekker that are pretty cool. I have to not have read a book for awhile before rereading it. There are a couple of Ann Rule books I 'd like to reread again.

Well chosen! Another intriguing HT-er to know!

1. Is there a fictional character that you identify with? If so, which one and why?

2. What does your favourite colour say about you?

3. What's your proudest accomplishment to date?

And if I have more, I'll ask ;)

:rose:

1.I don't really know. As a kid, I identified with Jo from "Little Women" by Louisa May Alcott. Now, I just don't really know. Oh. I do identify with Eeyore. Sad and gloomy, but tries to be there for friends when they need me.

2.My favorite color is purple. It symbolizes royalty. Also independence, wisdom, creativity and mystery. I think what it says about me is that I am independent, and have been told I am creative. It says that I like things that are dark and mysterious. Being that purple is a rare color in nature, I guess you could say that I am a rare breed. :)

3. Surviving. Surviving a very abusive childhood and marriage and then an 8 year relationship with a drunk/abusive woman.

Thank you

I have another one: What calms you down after a stressful day?

What piece of music will guarantee to make you smile?

Okay, so that was two... :rose:

1. This one is easy. Just a few moments of talking with my Sir and I'm totally relaxed and content no matter how stressful the day has been.

2. Hm. Harder one. Probably Amy Grant's "Baby, Baby" will make me smile most often.

Your welcome by the way.

I'll answer all questions...so come on y'all, ask! :D

If you could enjoy any sensation in creation right now, what would it be?

Why?
Hmm. I'll have to think on this one a bit. I'll answer in the morning when I've had time to consider this. Great question Yank.

If I had to answer right this moment, the sensation would be making love with my Sir. Being flogged and cropped. Why--because I love the sensation of it. The sting, the bite to it, the thuddiness. The way it makes Sir so turned on, and how turned on it makes me.

Seems to me this is many more than a single sensation. Just saying, you know? :p

Well. Yeah. *grins*

I get to be a sassy angel on occasion. I'm excercising that right at the moment.*grins*

Of course, I will have to "pay" for the sassiness eventually! *can't wait*

Actually, that would be easy to answer. They think that I am weak in that I will go along with anything. They don't realize I will stand up for what is right even against family and friends. I have done it and lost friends over it and had family angry with me for years. Oh well. I do what I feel is the right thing.
