How to blackmail?

A non-Cafe thread from Primalex - yes, I'm serious this time.

Once in a while a girl mentions that she thinks that it's hot to get blackmailed. Silly Primalex of course grabs this opportunity. Now, blackmailing in the bedroom or during a running play scene doesn't make sense, does it?

So I start to look for some weak spots that can be used and then out of the blue start to blackmail them.

Let's say: It doesn't really work. And of course, blackmailing is illegal. "Battery" is one thing, there are good chances the judge will believe you that it was consensual or that you at least honestly thought so, after all girls don't appear in cuffs and kinky clothes out of nowhere in your bedroom (for some weird reason).

But I doubt the "She said it's hot!" line will do much good when it comes down to blackmailing.

Did I just meet the wrong girls?
Is it nevertheless a really fucking stupid thing to try these things as Dom?
Does it only work in designated play scenes and where is the fun there?
(Feel free to imagine I asked more questions and answer them, too, if you like.)

(Oh and if you have an advice, it wouldn't be bad to know if it's book knowledge or real experience.)

Master gets a lot of customers who think this idea is hot. What we've found though is that it's the mere threat or fantasy idea of blackmail that gets them hot. They'd be pissed and sue the fuck out of you if you really went through with it.

I do this kind of stuff on the phone. I realize it doesn't count as real, actual experience, and I certainly don't classify it as such, but it's all I've got for you. ;)

My experience is that most of the people--men, in my case--who say they want to be blackmailed really don't. They get off on the fantasy of it, of forced "submission" and, for some of them, financial domination.

They rattle off phone numbers and email addresses, tell me names and where they work. But I'm pretty convinced that most of those pieces of information are fake.

They want to think they're going to be blackmailed, but they don't really want it put into action. A mindfuck, if you will.

Your experience, of course, could be totally different, since you're talking femsubs and real-life.

ETA: nh beat me to it! :D

Yeah, it sounds much like rape fantasy, in that they want another excuse to feel "forced" to do something they "don't want to do". Might be hot in fantasy, but might land you in legal heat if you took it further than carefully handled scenes.

I would suggest that if you did so, keep it within the bounds of scenes, and make dead sure that you retain any possible evidence (photographs, etc), and take care to not get recorded or anything like that.

Sounds like a bit of a dangerous game to me.

Talk to some Financial Dommes. This is totally up their alley, and they might be able to help you.

I've found it to be a hot "talk around" - a psychological way to fan fire, but I've yet to encounter anyone whose primary fetish this was who wasn't a huge pain in the ass.

Just to be safe I would get it in writing. Having said that, I'm not sure what blackmail really is, legally speaking. Maybe it is just trying to extort money or belongings from someone. If you "blackmail" someone into being your sex slave I'm not sure how much that is against the law, if any, especially if you have evidence that they were asking for it. This fantasy also turns me on, like they have something on you and now you have to do what they say or else. It is very hot.

Well, you need someone who needs money badly for this to work..so far I've never met a girl like this - I have enough money in my pocket to spend on a "good cause" just for shits and giggles, so being a financial dom isn't that a problem for me. And yes, I did use financial aspects during scenes, but this is still far from blackmailing. And this isn't just like meeting a whore - if the whore already made the decision to sell her body for money, even though just because she needs it to pay the bills for her sick mother, then it's still no blackmailing...
