A woman brought a very scared and fragile girl to a "great big" building.

The girl had been socially isolated due to severe health problems.

It didn't take take long for another child to reach out to the shy and introverted girl.

And before long....the two were more than friends.

They shared every moment together....often without words.

He would wait for her, and hold the door. He would share his lunch...and she with him.

At every opportunity, they would spend time together.

He was her first love.

They were 6 years old.

I found him today on facebook. A fluke.

My first "love".

I can't wait to tell him him about the love of my life.

Too cool.

This is wonderful! I want to hear more.

Ain't technology and 'puters the coolest things? Like Molly said, let's hear more about this reunion.

Not long ago I encountered on Facebook a good friend of mine growing up that I hadn't heard of since the 10th grade when his family moved. He lives about 3 hours from here, so we're getting together soon. :D

Sweet.

Facebook has been great. Lot of fun touching base with friends and lovers from the past and seeing where life has taken them.

That's a sweet story.

Facebook got me in touch with an old friend I hadn't seen since the mid-90s.

Very cool, sweetie! It is always an enormous blessing to reconnect with the people we've known and loved before.

Hugs!
