It's something I feel I should do, since I'm fit enough to at the moment. That was my 24th donation, so next time I think I get a little badge or something to celebrate 25!

The nurses were a bit iffy when they realised I had to cycle ten miles back home after donating, though! But I had plenty of water with me and took it easy. I know what I'm doing by now.

I am enjoying having the office to myself today (and tomorrow). I have managed to do a little bit of work , then I watched a TV show via Netflix, called a friend to catch up, and otherwise have been goofing off terribly!

I also printed out a recipe for colcannon which I'm going to try tomorrow, because I've got some leftover cabbage I need to use.

Pain is better now, I've been taking Arnica and the bruising has come out lovely and is healing very quickly. I'm even gonna try driving this afternoon.

happy Sunday everyone! Looks to be a decent day here after a rainy, thundery Saturday. Man, were they ever wrong on the weather. Like that's a surprise. Though I have to say that with all that rain everything has greened up so nicely and the Serviceberry tree out front is getting ready to bloom, and the lilacs are full of big purple buds...I can't wait!

a very good friend, when looking at some party pix from the weekend i showed her, said i looked very coupley with almost all the guys in the photos. even though i was in more than a few pics with the girls as well.

somewhat gutted - if that is what a good friend thinks through my drunken body language... i have been able to deal with people who hardly know me getting the wrong idea, but ffs this girl is in my top five closest friends.
