Thanks. It was dropping fast. Like... well, I can't think of what like. Like a heavy object dropped from a high place. Like that.

How's it going?

Not bad... I'm now 20 lbs up from what I weighed last November, and I've added close to 50 lbs to my bench press. I'm probably the strongest I've ever been in my life.

It's weird when I stand up and look down, and notice that I have a chest!

The best part about bulking is I can eat whatever the hell I like, as much as I want. I'm 6'3" 195, and wondering if I should stop at 200 and then go for weight maintenance + fat-burning for the cut look, or should I get up to 210 or beyond. The extra muscle mass and strength feel great!

I think we should suggest things to do.

Like...well I could talk about the time I was at some dinner for my youth church way back in the day and one of the guys at the table I was sitting at threw a tiny paper plate at me like a frisbee...when I caught it I saw that he'd written on it, "This is a paper PLATE."

Whoa, seriously? I thought it was a paper cup.

That will bring us back to Do oh oh oh...

Hmm...that would be a good movie to watch sometime soon... :D
