you know, that's kind of an idiotic reason to delete something. we all were under eighteen at one point or another (ok, i was never under eighteen) so why isn't everybody banned? makes no sense

It was nice. The "forbidden fruit" aspect of it. I suppose if you can re-write and exclude the age reference but make the allusion that you were underage (so we can work it out for ourselves) then it'll keep that same flavour.

I write the same. Some wine, a little motivation and inspiration and let it all flow out till I find concentrating on the details becomes too difficult.

Then the joy of self editing!
