I think AdultFriendFinder has a section for erotic blogs.

I don't know that there's a board on Lit that is well-suited for that kind of thing, unless it would be The Playground. It's not something I'd want to see on the HT Café, but it would, fortunately, be easy enough to put the "blog starter" on ignore.
