Unless you have experience with toys and your ass, you are going to have some difficulty and it may even hurt like hell depending on how thick he is.

To prepare:
diet: go on a high fiber diet. Unless you plan to douche before hand, anal sex can get messy (if you know what I mean) and anal virgins and even experts can be a bit grossed out by it.

My list of things to consider:
