We want a block of rooms on the first floor - all of the rooms in a wing. We told her it doesn't matter single/double - we'll take them all and assign them as people sign up. This way we won't have people in our floor who aren't part of our party. And with the patio areas the first floor is easy access for smokers.

Of course it will. And, let me throw my name out for the In-Need-Of-A-Roomie list and get that out of the way. If I end up without one, that's cool; but splitting the room cost makes airfare and spending money that much more doable.
