Each year it gets better.
We learn more, plan more, organize more - I do like the hotel very much. I like the location, very close to downtown, like the free shuttle to and from the airport and to the bus station. I think they should give us better rates this year for the numbers we're bringing. We'll negotiate.
Actually, we're planning on getting two sleeping rooms just to party. We'll split the costs with the night time party room among everyone but we want two rooms.
We want a block of rooms on the first floor - all of the rooms in a wing. We told her it doesn't matter single/double - we'll take them all and assign them as people sign up. This way we won't have people in our floor who aren't part of our party. And with the patio areas the first floor is easy access for smokers.
It'll be great.
