Racism: Unbelievable surprise at Lit

Wait, now mentioning flying monkeys is racist too? Or monkeys at all? Darn it, and I went and read The Wizard of Oz when I was younger. And now that I think of it, I've also told my students to stop monkeying around, I've seen monkeys at the zoo, and I played on the monkey bars when I was a kid. Oh no! I'm a racist! Must be the self-loathing. Thank goodness for created coming here and showing me the light
You seem to write like someone who has intelligence, but, I will take the time to give you your own special recap:
I had experienced an act of overt racism (calling you the slang word for a primate, when you are African-American, is BIGOTRY and RACISM), and as an actual writer, decided to put my thoughts into a well written opinion piece on racism inside Lit. This has nothing to do with the BDSM people. They just decided to come over here, because someone on this forum, like several people on this site, thought that they could do the chain thing, and I would just go away. OK, I'll make it plain...WHITE FOLK, THIS BLACK PERSON IS NOT LEAVING. Clear enough now?

I'm quite aware of the slang of bigotry; I've been on the receiving end of plenty during my lifetime. Simply, I do have enough intelligence to know by context when a word is being used as such, hence my mention of several other phrases and instances which use the word monkey. As for your sentence in all caps, I sure hope that wasn't aimed at me, though the irony would be rather amusing.
