Okay, here is my question. If you are roofied and then used like a cheap love doll for sex and the aggressor is underage... Does the rape charge get offset by the statutory rape charge? Like a no harm/no foul kind of thing?
As long as they can prove the roofies in your blood stream, the minor should get charged. What happens in reality is a different story. I wouldn't bet on it just to nail a 15 y/o.
