Meantime, I've been trying to leave off the booze (and cigs) - and not sleeping well in consequence. Tonight I woke just after 2. After half an hour I got fed up of tossing and turning and coughing and got out the brandy bottle and cigs - and spent over 2 hours entering data into a spreadsheet, ready to turn it into a MySQL database.

Still not quite ready to sleep, so I'm now on the AH.
