I'm thinking that an audition to become a judge might be in order. Also, I think having references could be a positive. I'm pretty sure I'd get an enthusiastic recommendation from you know who (and there's always the video.... ).

Surely you can pull out another reference? So long as they're dated prior to the time you submit your resume there shouldn't be a problem...

But who will ensure that the judges to select the judges are fair and impartial and not part of a conspiracy to exclude highly capable candidates like myself by choosing judges who will not select me to be an official selectee?
