How Do I Upload Pictures In My Bio?!?!

Hi all,

I changed my pic on my author's profile. I can see it, but other users can't!!!
I don't know why...maybe it's too heavy? I tried several times, but it doesen't work.
Help!

The pictures in the author's bio have to be approved/enabled before they show up to all users that usually takes 24-48 hours; unlike th eforum profile pictures and avatars which change immediately and are moderated after the fact if at all.
