Simple. Whether you're an prolific contributor to the BDSM Board or not, can you list them please ?

There's a method in the madness.

If you care to elucidate on why that may also prove helpful. This is not a popularity contest, I am interested irrespective of whether the thread dates back to the beginning of the BDSM Forum up to the more current, the complexity or number of posts per thread is irrelevant to me also. They can be of any genre, fluff, serious, art, humor, educational, whimsical, philosophical or specific theme. It's fine of course if it's one you initiated yourself.

: coughs Fu , Mr Homburg smiles :

Just which are your top 3.

I'll think about my answer and provide it a little later in my day, when I am less franticly busy than I am currently.

Thanking you in advance :rose:

What if they change from day to day? I mean, I'll give you my top three today, but they may change from time to time.

1: Sneak a Peek - Bodyplay Reason: the awesome pics and the company.

2: The Monster Thread, aka BDSM: Questions and Answers
This is the thread that helped start our forums. I've found lots of breathtaking posts from people who are not here anymore. More's the pity.

3: Black/White &? Awesome pictures.

Honorable Mentions

This one is not in the forum, but it was started by Mr. Rathbone, Esq.

The Jack Off Log I like the honesty, the mixed bag of posters, and the insight into how people's minds work. This one has lots of naked truth.

Also not in the BDSM forums, but still, I love this thread!

calling all transgendered It's awesome in it's honesty and bravery.

Thanks Miss Snowy, just the top three that comes to mind today. I am having such a difficult time deciding on my own to be honest. Guess I should go with the first three that came to mind.

New Sub Haven - Still makes me cry with laughter, it also touches a few raw nerves in part.

Delving into the Psyche of Sadists - Just does.

Smart-alec Answers - obvious , we have shared a lot of fun in that thread.

It's not that easy to do huh, I know the threads I love and keep returning too. It's fairly evident by my ongoing posts over an extended time frame. Fu's thread, both of Mr Assassin's Art threads, the Pervertables Challenge, Ebonyfire's limerick thread, Things a submissive should never say to their Dom , the list goes on and on. Each time I settle, another one springs to mind.

Gah , almost wish I hadn't started this thread. I'm really hoping to pick up leads for a Library Project. Either way I'll get it done.

Seriously hadn't intended on putting anyone on the spot by asking, perhaps that was a little naive on my part. Thanks again Miss Snowy :rose:

Back later for a read:rose:

Definitely ditto on the Sneak a Peak thread. It's the first thread I felt truly comfortable posting on here. Seriously - there will always be a soft spot in my heart for that thread. Sounds silly to say that about a message board thread, but it's true!

After that, wow, there are so many. Hmmm.

Dear X? KIDDING.

Hmm, I'll have to poke around some to remind myself.

The Sneak a Peak thread as well here. I have not contributed to it because I know nothing about that. It has been highly enlightening for me.

I also have to do with Brad's game threads. Very educational. The Ask a Dom thread too largely for the same reason, and the BDSM Library thread.

Would have to be in order:

Ask Homburg's Cock thread, which i just bumped because Its wisdom has been fading from the minds of all the fluff girls.:(

The What Made You Smile/Laugh Today thread, as seeing others happiness makes me smile.:)

And last, but not least; the Sneak A Peek-Bodyplay thread. As Shank always seems to come thru with some very interesting photos.

S.A.P. Body Play... Just a hot, fun thread...

What made you smile/laugh today... It's a chronicle of joy...:)

Polyamory started by nh23.

Sneak a Peek was my first post too.
Or maybe Homburg's Ropeworks page.

Either way, those are the first one's I look for every day.

Then, as HB mentioned, Brad's Game threads. They exercise me. :)

Yeah...thats right. They "exercise" , not "complete," me.

Oh gawd....

"Sneak-A-Peek" (already linked), definitely. Shank's thread is the best.

"Sub drop", this thread is so useful to so very many people that I'd love to see it sticky'ed.

"Mine doesn't always work", another Shanks thread.

These threads are not the ones that I visit most often, nor post in most often (though sneak-a-peek is one I always hit), but they represent some of the best that Lit has to offer. I would also include "Delving into the psyche of sadists", AA's art threads and others, if we were expanding that list.

As to the top three I visit, well, those are probably obvious =)

ETA: My humble thanks to those who have made mention of my name here.

Shank's Sneak-a-Peek and Gender Bending threads.

That's only two, I know. Can't think of a third right now and don't want to inflate Junior's ego any more by mentioning his ropework or Cock thread.

Sweetheart, you started the AHC thread. I just work there, remember?

I know I own the rights to the thread and the original idea, but your Cock and you are still doing most of the work in there.

ETA: I can be really good at this capitalist thing.

Sneak a Peek Body Play
Sub-Drop
My Polyamory thread of course..lol:)

Good question. I'm dying to know why you wanted to know.

We have so many different kinds of threads, that it was actually hard to narrow it down [but I did].

AA's Black/White was the first thread I ever religiously read [viewed]. His taste in visuals is similar to mine and he had/has a wealth of pictures, both in this threrad and in the color one. Catalina contributed quite a bit to the color one as I recall. Both threads are excellent, but I prefre black and white, so this one is on my favorites list.

Delving into the Psyche of Sadists was, and continues to be, an eye opener for me. Dominants/sadists/etc are usually quite circumspect about what makes them tick. The flow of information is usually from sub to Dom. We reveal everything and they do what they want, but remain enigmas for the most part. I loved reading about what makes a Dom tick from the men and women who contributed to the tread. Made me love 'em all even more.

New Sub Haven was the most fun I've ever had in a thread. I still miss Johnny. It was ironic, and sarcastic, and came way too close to home, but I found it refreshingly liberating. I hope others found it illuminating.

Honorable Mention:

I cannot find the thread [well, I could, but I am lazy tonight], but I also had fun as a writer in a role play thread called "The Chateau". I didn't stick with it for very long, but while I participated, I had fun writing my character.

Topopolis, which doesn't get posted to much, but had a glorious golden age to it. It was the thread that made me decide this would be an interesting message board to follow, and I've never seen anything like it on an SM board or blog since.

Delving the Psyche of Sadists

And I'm enjoying the nightcap thread, as it's bringing out the sophisticated lushes to go off topic.

Eh, Cocks do most of the work anyway.

Guess I should answer this, quite seriously there is nothing concrete currently. I have a few ideas floating around in my head . Acting in isolation long enough and I think it's productive to take the pulse around here occasionally, also some treasure will turn up along the way. Already has : smiles : I am honestly not being evasive, I just don't have a definitive answer currently.

Actually, I'm glad you asked. There are threads mentioned that, as a latecomer, I didn't know existed. If it isn't in my field of vision, it doesn't exist, you know?

(now, is there a "help me get to sleep" thread? )
