What would be the difference? Very old people revert to childhood, sans teeth, sans everything...

PS. One of my father's regrets in his nineties was that although he could still hear, music no longer made sense. The pathways between his ears and his brain scrambled everything. He could look at a CD cover and remember Mozart's music but he couldn't hear it except in his memory.

There are a few that would accept it as nothing unusual, but the majority of the population would revolt and try the whole genocide thing.
