I was thinking, there being so many people going to be at this event, that we may have to have something printed up with everyone's room number. Just to hand out to hotel guests. Or is that too strange?

We could just make our own door hangars so everyone can identify which rooms belong to the Litsters. I do remember last year I felt a bit nervous at first and didn't know where to go
