oh yeah! I've been meaning to try them...thanks!

lychee tastes like laundry soap. dont eat it. dragonfruit is yum.....vitamin water makes a dragon fruit flavor. its my favorite.

I haven't eaten laundry soap before, but I'm guessing that it's bitter. Lychee is awesome... you haven't lived until you've tried it. =)

Good shopping list so far, Doll!
What about IQF chicken breasts so you can just take one or two out at a time. Depending on where you are, you can usually get a bag for between $7.99-9.99...

my mom makes me a piece of chicken when she makes it so I don't need to buy any hehe

I swear you are so fucked up ...

berries are high price as is the season, but good for you.

Spinach is always very good.

Wild Salmon.

Pumpkin ... not the kind you put in pies either.

I would skip the yogurt pre mixed with fruit. And instead buy non fat yogurt and add in fresh berries and a bit of granola.

Seconded - this is my favorite thing to eat for breakfast.

I think you need some complex carbohydrates in the mix. Stay away from simple carbs and processed food by all means, but you should include appropriate amounts of brown or multi-grain breads, brown rice, wild rice, wholemeal (or brown) pasta, and oatmeal. Split peas and lentils are also inexpensive and nutritious.

Complex carbohydrates supply the brain and muscles with energy. In fact, the brain only runs on energy generated by carbs. Complex carbs also stabilise blood sugar, which assists with managing mood swings. Complex carbs should definitely be part of a healthy diet.

yeah-- plain yogurt is really yummy..... with fresh fruit mixed in it!!

how about carrot sticks?

I can't believe I'm doing this.

Mexican pizza:

Brown up some ground turkey or chicken, mix in some fresh salsa then spready it on top of a pita. add some cheese then whatever veggies you want like peppers and onions then bake in the oven until the cheese melts.

It is guaranteed to make you take a fat healthy shit.
