Help: Is it Italian, Greek?

I did a google search of "starrkers" and the only slightly odd thing I found was THIS.
I can't read it, can anyone tell me what it is?

Esperanto It kinda looks Italian, but I think it's been run through a dodgy translator and there are all manner of words in there. Don't complain... it's a free translation service.

Honestly, it's all Greek to me. You knew that was coming, didn't you, luv? It was just a matter of which of us got here first. Winner!

But it clearly is from "From Helen." Apparently, the machine that translates it doesn't know certain words, and just leaves them in English. For example:

The traffic on the main road was building up to annoying levels. So Tony turned down a back route home. It was further, but the traffic was much lighter. As soon as they were one a single lane route, Helen leaned as close as she could while staying in her seatbelt. Fixing him with another wickedly sexual look, she began rubbing the wet spot that was slowly spreading across the bulging area in the front of his jeans.​

italian, though my reading italian is way rusty but i recognized some of the words. then again who knows i learned 3 different languages between high school, university and living in italy...I could be mixing them all up

It does look Italian, although the website appears to be Russian (judging from things like the appearance of the word "Comments" at the bottom). They only appear to have translated the first page, which ends, in your version, with a paragraph that begins "Tony sighed." Which was translated into "Tony sighed." Sigh. I'll have to read some more, though, now. I'm getting a spargendo lentamente in la zona di gonfiamento nella parte anteriore dei mio jeans. Very effective advertising, starrkers, although it does seem a lot of trouble.

Oh, this is just odd. Why would anyone bother?
As far as I can see, there's nothing else on the site (mind you I read Russian {assuming that's what the cyrillic looking stuff is} even worse than I read Italian. And why use crummy Italian anyway?

The host blog.com is one of those places where you can automatically set up a blog, choose a design and get going. You can also choose a region, so your menus get the language you want. Just like at for inbstance blogspot, a person can set up an unlimited number of blogs and do whatever they want on them.

So apparently, your story has it's own blog. For russians. In italian.

My guess is that someone has made a "steal content so I get search hits and can sell Google ads" script for blog.com and is trying it out at random.

Someone translated one of my stories into Spanish for a Yahoo Group. I think they used Babelfish.

Then someone else translated the Spanish back into English even though my original story was in the Group's files. The result was gibberish.

If the first translator had known any Spanish the results wouldn't have been so dire.

I was tempted to put this through Babelfish to see what came out the other side - it could be funny.

Still flummoxed as to why they did it. If it was just as a test, as seems likely, you'd tink they'd choose someone more prolific, just on the law of averages.

They used some software, which translates, but badly. I think it's Ital, but it's hard to say.

As far as taking something from someone more prolific. Perhaps they loved your stories or assets?
