I know. And if I understand correctly, he had something to do with Drkside pulling his stories for now. I'm not aware if Mr. s harassed people on threads other than his own (as I know others have actually done). And, yeah, using DK's published author name in a fake pc is wrong and should be reported to Laurel. But really, I think people should just quit responding to his threads at this point since it's gotten out of hand.

You know what the problem is with that? What he writes will remain in google forever.

If I typed in the right keywords, I could still find similar insults, that were sent my way back in 1999.

That's true. And hopefully, Scouries has been picked up by one of the Secret Bush Data Mining operations and they will decide he is an urban terrorist and Waterboard the asshole. :D

I agree, I believe that is his aim. I feel he is embittered because his work has not received the acclaim he feels due.

Someone needs to do something. One good writer has pulled his work from the site, supposedly due in part to Scourie's actions, and now we have Daniellekitten who is thinking of doing the same.

"hopefully" and a dollar will get you on the bus-- without a transfer.
 
I'd really like to know why this particular prick has riled everyone to the point that they can't leave him alone.

He's not the first and he sure won't be the last overblown ego to come here bitching about how his deathless prose isn't treated with the acclaim it deserves.

The rest of them rate a couple of replies and are then studiously ignored.

Why the hell are scouries threads special?
 
I'm still not terribly sure and I looked at his thread, breifly. I checked the first page and the last page, most of what he said on the first page is deleted, though FCDC was nice enough to quote bits of what he did say.

As for why people keep talking to him I have no idea, he was worth a couple giggles and moving on. :rolleyes:

Maybe because he insults other writers' work-- by name. You know how fragile our egos are! :eek:

But-- yeah. If CERTAIN PEOPLE had ignored him when he first started this thread back in story feedback, it might not have ended up here in AH, stinking up the neighbourhood. :rolleyes:
 
Well heck maybe I should read through the whole thing and see how many times he makes fun of mine then. I haven't gotten a it sucked email in a while, I kinda miss em. :eek:

Since he is ego driven, why don't we all go through his story list and "one bomb" the whole thing?

When a hack like scouries can chase someone as good as drksideofthemoon away and have Daniellekitten this upset, something needs to be done. Flogging leaps to mind or at least tie him to a tree, upside down, and feed him exlax for a week!
