Thanks for the feedback and sorry about the problems.

Here is my list so far:

1. AVs are missing from posts. I can't see them either, not sure why. They do exist, at least I can see mine from the User Control Panel.

2. Threads by users on Ignore List can be seen. This is a known issue and just needs a small change to fix it.

3. Thread tools aren't working for some people.

Please add to this list if you see anything else that needs to be looked at. When you report a problem, please let me know which forum skin you are using if possible. I am working on upgrading all of the skins now, so there may be even more trouble to come.

I'm using the VBulletin3 Default skin and IE5.5

Add to this that when clicking on the "Go to last post" button on most threads I've tried it on, I get error message:

I have the same problem -- the last post url is to "showthread.php?p=0#post0"

ETA: The last post bug seems to be fixing itself as new last posts are added that the upgrade can properly index.


The js functions in the reply editor -- bold, italics, insert image, insert hyperlink, etc also aren't working (ie5.5. is telling be "done but with errors on the page.")

ETA: that includes the smilies menu -- clicking doesn't insert the smilie code as it should.

It's not just thread tools, it's any of the js pulldown menus -- they add what should be drop down menu links at the bottom of the page.

In the post I'm replying to (and everyone else's posts,) the avatar URL is just http://forum.literotica.com/

IOW, for whatever reason, the upgrade isn't specifying the image database or the image information for anyone's avatar.

Works for me, even the "search this thread" link even if it doesn't give me a drop-down menu, the added section at the bottom of the page it takes me to does work.

drop down boxes for quick links and search aren't working when i'm in a thread.

i'm on a mac os/x (10.4.11) using safari 3.0.4

Forum and Main site keep logging me out; have to keep logging back in. Don't know if this is a problem or if a result of you tweaking through the innards while debugging.

Also if you're trying to look at a profile of someone who doesn't have enough posts for an Av and you click on their name, nothing happens...

All I have is a direct link to my profile. My av doesn't even show up anymore. Plus I noticed the Message bar is a different colour. Did Manu and Laurel do some upgrading?

Manu is making an attempt to upgrade.

He might have it sorted out in a few days.

If not, you'll just have to learn to live with it.
