Ausies reporting on Canucks? What is that saying about the pot calling the kettle black?
Do Cunucks use the word "mum", or the americanised version of "mom"? Oh, and Aussie has two s's in the middle.

(For those of you who care, which is none of you I know, "mum" is actually a (cockney, from memory) variant of "ma'am", whereas "mom" could sort of vaguely I guess be considered as related to "mother".)

Well, if you really want to care and if you want to be friendly with those of us in the U.S. it's Americanized...and with a capital A.

And I've seen it as Vancouver Cunucks and Vancouver Canucks, but their official web site says Canucks. Now, I don't doubt your spelling of Aussie, because you're down in those parts. And I don't mean down, in a bad sense. Actually, when talking about sex, down in those parts is good. And with two of them together, in the middile it looks like they're spooning. :D

Actually, I figure Mom is from Mama, which is from Maman (french). :p

From what I remember (and my memory makes the reliability of this information extremely dodgy) the words "mama" and "papa" are almost universal across languages, due to them being the first syllables that a baby can actually pronounce. Well, unless you are Russian, in which case it's "baba" -- apparently babies in Russia like talking about their grandmothers.

I just saw this. By saying "who let DVS out?" are you inferring that I have been or should be in a cage? Thou speaketh with forked tongue and smart ass, my dear. But large gag will taketh thy words away.:D

And, it will also take away your screams, your gasps, your whimpers and your cries from pain and pleas of mercy for your ultimate sexual release...but it won't cover up your shivers, quivers and goose bumps caused from the precise handling of your bound, naked body.:p

Oh, a new smiley that might fit this situation quite nicely. :caning:

In the heavily French speaking provinces, you generally hear a cross between "Maman" and the Americanized "Mom". In the heavily urban areas that are closer to the border, (like Vancouver or Toronto) you get both "mum" and "mom". Everywhere else, it's usually "mum", which is what I generally use.

I did go eat something! Tamales! I know Gracie, I'm gonna regret it, but I'm still on prednisone too. (I forgot that I'm on pred... pretty silly.)

Ah, but tamales...what a way to go. Nothin' better than a true Mexican tamale. Well, I guess two would be better.

OK, your place or mine? If it's your place, it will take me some time saving up for the flight.

And when it comes down to it, it's only right that the sub should come to the Dom. I don't know why, but it just sounds correct. That...and it's cheaper for me.
