The "I don't want to talk about AI" thread, and the new topic is: something that rhymes with "clicks"

You think they care about bugs, issues, or complaints?
They care about not having to fix stuff on Saturday, in my experience. Every release of software is tough, even when it goes well, so I'm willing to give Lit a lot of slack. It's their weekend, though, since there are now both submission and rendering problems during a big contest.

Why fix on Saturday what can wait until Monday March?

As much as I am frustrated by this bug (and not properly displaying stories is the one unforgivable sin for a publishing site) I still believe that Laurel and Manu want to have the site run well and do care about these issues.

On a more serious note, @sister jenny raised a bug in another thread where every user with a space in their username no longer had their stories show up. I made a bug report for it and I have no idea if it was that, someone else's report, or something totally unrelated but it did get fixed. So they do take some issues seriously.

Ah, @cw5523729 do you know why I'm pulling you over?

I dunno, officer.

You were being serious in the derpy lane, and we can't have that.

I have to flag my serious posts as actually serious since I just expect everyone to assume that every single thing I post is bullshit of some type or other

eta: this post was half serious, half joke. I don't know how to categorize it. Read at your own risk.

2nd eta: probably more 60/40 joke/serious. And getting worse with every additional "eta"

Starting a thread where we analyze cw's percent serious to percent BS versus his story scores over time to see if there's a pattern that will help us win the next contest.

He makes a serious post on the 28th minute of every third odd-numbered hour. And four minutes after that I receive a 4 star vote on one of my stories. Every time.

Screw that - what we really want to know is if there's a pattern that will stop the stories from getting stuck in pending for eons!!
