But the first amendment and our immigration laws are totally meaningless and not really relevant at this point. The US is collapsing and all of it's old values/structures already no longer exist....your rights and the law is whatever your local prosecuter FEELS they are. There is no standard, no equality, just what zip code you happen to be standing in.
In 10 years the paperwork will catch up to our current reality and we will almost certainly be living in different nations.
