Derek Chauvin .....innocent

I'm talking about the murder in the thread you created, 🤡. Do keep up.
No "murder" took place. George "the animated sack of shit" Floyd died of a pre-existing heart condition exasperated by drug(s) overdose. Read the fucking coroner's report dildo breath.

The coroners report ruled it death by asphyxiation due to the pressure on his neck.

Read the full report rather than page two. 👍

You really need to learn how to use quotes like you've passed the 6th grade, 🤡.

If you use them for "murder" to indicate a murder didn't happen then you can't use them for "the animated sack of shit" which indicates that he's actually not one when your dumb racist ass obviously thinks he is one.

I bet George knew this.

yes indeed

the report stated it clearly

The Coroner's report was part of the evidence the jury considered and gave due weight to in forming their verdict. Floyd MIGHT have OD'd but Chauvin's acts GUARANTEED it. One is a possibility, the other is manslaughter.

🙄

NOT “manslaughter”, Derpy (allegedly “a lawyer”), it was MURDER:

Derek Chauvin was convicted of second-degree murder, third-degree murder, and second-degree manslaughter for the murder of George Floyd during an arrest on May 25, 2020. He was sentenced to 22.5 years in prison for these charges.

Hope that ^ helps.

Yep.

cardiopulmonary arrest” from “law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression.”

Clearly stated cause of death.
You do understand and that was NOT in the original report. That was added later due to political pressure brought to bear on the coroner. Further, the report clearly states "NO EVIDENCE OF NECK COMPRESSION" in the body of the report.

Rot in hell George "the animated sack of shit" Floyd.

It absolutely was in the only report.

Edit: it was in the family's autopsy as well.

It wasn't. And it doesn't.

But good that you want someone to rot in hell because things. 👍

Racist5soul omitted this little factoid:

Yes, the initial police report regarding George Floyd's death misrepresented the circumstances, attributing his death to "medical distress" and omitting details about Derek Chauvin's use of force. This misleading narrative was later contradicted by video evidence showing Chauvin kneeling on Floyd's neck for over nine minutes while he pleaded for help.

He died from being suffocated from pressure to the neck.

But continue to argue what was already determined.

There is literally video showing the officer's actions. He was convicted.

Meanwhile:

Suffocation often leaves little evidence:

Search Assist

Murder by suffocation can indeed leave minimal physical evidence, as it often does not result in visible injuries like those seen in other forms of homicide. The lack of external signs can make it challenging for investigators to determine the cause of death without thorough forensic examination.

😳

Fortunately, THIS TIME there was video evidence of Derek Chauvin suffocating (murdering) George Floyd, so justice could be served. (See also: Other recent examples of abusive police officers being caught on camera).

The coroner didn't keep a knee on Floyd's back until he "OD'd as a result of his preexisting heart condition" instead of letting the paramedics deal with him.

Chauvin killed Floyd just like a lifeguard who refuses to toss a life preserver to a drowning man. He didn't do anything to hasten Floyd's demise, he just didn't do what he was legally mandated to do in order to try and save it.

Yes, Derek Chauvin contributed to George Floyd's death by kneeling on his neck for over nine minutes while Floyd was handcuffed and lying face down, which restricted his breathing. This action was deemed excessive force and led to Chauvin's conviction for murder and manslaughter.

Wrong. Hoisted on your own petard with the "knee on back" statement. Floyd went from one bullshit excuse, "I have claustrophobia" uttered after he'd been extracted from another vehicle, to "I can't breath" when there clearly was nothing obstructing or interfering with his breathing.

Perhaps, just perhaps, if the animated sack of shit hadn't resisted arrest he would have lived. But he decided to resist. Fuck'em, rot in hell.

I’m retired law enforcement, and I’m telling you that Derek Chauvin broke the law with his murderous conduct.

👎

Side note:

Regarding the “he resisted arrest” canard: Derek Chauvin at NO point gained permission to violate the law based on George Floyd’s actions. One of the first things I was taught (and later taught to recruits) is that the criminals are going to do criminal things that make you angry, BUT you NEVER can give in to that anger and break the law by ignoring the guidelines / rules of “The Use of Force Continuum”:

Search Assist

The use of force continuum is a guideline for law enforcement that outlines the levels of force an officer may use in response to a subject's behavior, ranging from mere presence to lethal force. It helps ensure that the level of force applied is appropriate to the situation and the subject's actions.

It doesn't matter what Chauvin or his attorneys say. The evidence is very well documented. No matter what has come out about Floyd's background, or his condition on that day, Chauvin needed to be held accountable.

I personally believe, based on the evidence, that Chauvin should have been convicted, but of a lesser crime.

🙄

Um, no. Minnesota law demanded the most severe charge of second degree murder - as well as the lesser charges that disgrace to law enforcement was convicted of.

Derek Chauvin’s actions ALMOST warranted first degree murder due to his sheer disregard for human life & the law (especially being a PAID public servant who was sworn to PROTECT and serve.).

On appeal the only issue under consideration is "error."

The defense is attempting to say that the perjured testimony and/or the disallowed evidence is somehow prejudicial error warranting reversal and retrial.

It's not going to fly.

The police office interfered with his breathing.

Hence the loss of consciousness.

That doesn't change if you don't like him or believe his value doesn't measure up....which is why you'll never be considered as a police officer.

The guy is in MN, one of the most racist states in the union.

He was put in prison for being white and male. If you live in a blue shit hole you should stop being a 2nd class citizen and GTFO of said blue shit hole as soon as possible. Go where you're NOT hated for being white and or male.
