One more plot introduced by modern tech -- autocorrect. There has to be many opportunities to exploit the miscommunications created by it. The plot bunnies are reproducing in front of me like, well, rabbits.

Don't get me started on autoincorrect. While getting to know my devoutly Christian lady, we texted until we shut down the internet. I mentioned my collection of "Christain music", which autocorrect silently changed to "Antichrist music". If she hadn't instantly recognized what happened, that would have been a good plot hook for a romantic/erotic misunderstanding story.
