The judge assigned to the criminal trial of the alleged shooter of Charlie Kirk has exactly 56 days experience. This is one of the first trials he has presided over. It's a Mormon thang, evidently.

He has accomplished two achievements so far.
1. The trial was set to begin this week. At literally the last moment, he issued a 60-day postponement until after New Years. It is unknown who requested this postponement.

2. He issued the most sweeping gag order in history this morning. Virtually everyone is subject to his gag order, he says.

• The police may not comment.
• The defense may not comment.
• The prosecutor may not comment.
• Anyone who attended the rally may not comment (3000 people overall!).
• Anyone associated with Turning Point USA may not comment.
• Anyone online, in particular "Candace Owens", may not comment on the case.

So just about the only person allowed to comment is Trump.

Unless he's 'online', which he'll say only refers to Don Jr. who is usually on several lines.

• They need a bit more time to flesh out the "shooter's" background and clean up some loose ends.
• They did successfully pave over the entire crimes scene with concrete three days after the shooting (no forensic rifle shot angle testing for YOU!) but the unqualified grifter of an FBI director Kashyap Pramod Vinod "Kash" Patel made some really boneheaded "official claims" that cloud the picture as planned.
• They're still trying to foment a plausible motive and invent a 30.06 rifle that can be dissembled and reassembled in 20 seconds.
• Several TPS contract employees still need to be "disappeared".
• The police report of trash collected and analyzed from the crime scene needs to come up for a plausible explanation for the not 1, not 2, but ELEVEN disposable cell phones collected at the scene, all purchased in Israel and all missing their SIM card. What a coincidence!
• The fictional "trans boyfriend" of the alleged shooter has never been seen in public since the shooting, but is "working" with the FBI.
