So far I can report I am ok. Had a very, very late night in the ER.

I have a badly strained ligament in my leg/hip and a relatively minor blood clot in same. They kept me for the day today (finally got a room about an hour ago) and sounds like overnight tonight yet for monitoring because of the clot.

Going to be on blood thinners for a while, it sounds like. Otherwise I should be ok. Just going to take time for the ligament to heal.

Trying to get some sleep to make up for last night. Beyond that I'm just incredibly bored.

Indian food is my single favorite cuisine. I can’t do dairy and don’t do beef so it works perfectly.

I also fucking love Ethiopian food! I lived a bit far to visit Little Ethiopia in L.A. regularly but it was always a treat. And we drove 200 miles just last week to see a show and get Ethiopian food from the one food truck less than 10 hours from us. It was delicious!

I’ve never had Tibetan. The Anthony Bourdain episode there left me with a deep appreciation of it but very little desire for it
